Moses Villarama (Horace) played the DJ in the Tony-nominated Broadway production of Here Lies Love written by David Byrne and Fatboy Slim, directed by Alex Timbers. He was in the critically acclaimed Off-Broadway productions of Lauren Yee’s Cambodian Rock Band at Signature Theatre, directed by Chay Yew, and Bus Stop at Classic Stage Company, directed by Jack Cummings. Moses was a company member at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival for five seasons, working with influential directors such as Bill Rauch, Eric Ting, Lileana Blain-Cruz, and Mary Zimmerman. He holds an MFA from the National Theatre Conservatory. @themightymos

Kevin S. McAllister (Director) Kevin joined the staff of OLNEY THEATRE CENTER in March of 2021, where he currently serves as Director of Curated Programs and Artist Advocate. Previous Olney Theatre directing credits include creating and directing The Most Wonderful Time of the Year, The Joy That Carries You, which he co-directed with Jason Loewith, and The Applause Series Concert of Children of Eden in which he also played Father. Locally, Kevin has directed or served on the production team of various works that have been featured at Ford's Theatre, Baltimore Center Stage, Young Artists of America, Toby's Dinner Theatre, NextStop Theatre, and Monumental Theatre Company.  Nationally, he is the Assistant Directing Fellow on all Broadway and touring productions of the hit musical Come From Away. Kevin is also the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of ArtsCentric, a performing arts organization in Baltimore dedicated to re-examining traditional roles in the arts, where he has directed over 30 shows.  For continued commitment to arts advancement in Baltimore, he and ArtsCentric were selected as Director and Theatre Company of the Decade by BroadwayWorld in Baltimore. He is also a recurring guest lecturer at Montgomery College, American University, Howard University, University of Maryland, and Catholic University. In November 2020, Kevin was also selected as DC’s Artist of The Decade by Broadway World. He dedicates all his work to his family, Cedric, and Lola.

Eamon Foley (Choreographer) is thrilled to be making his OLNEY THEATRE CENTER debut. Eamon's choreography credits include Guys and Dolls (Tokyo), Ragtime (Tokyo), The Wedding Banquet (Taiwan), Annie (The Hollywood Bowl), Alien/Nation (Williamstown Theater Festival), Next To Normal (Roundhouse Theater, Barrington Stage Company, and Writer's Theater), His Story (Dallas), Merrily We Roll Along (Los Angeles), and Waitress (Theater Raleigh). As a performer, he was in the original Broadway companies of Gypsy, Assassins, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, 13! The Musical, and Everyday Rapture. As director-choreographer, he helmed the contemporary ballet-infused Sunday in the Park with George at The Axelrod Performing Arts Center. He received his BA in Anthropology from Princeton University.

Christopher Youstra (Music Director) As resident music director, Mr. Youstra has music directed and conducted over 50 musicals at OLNEY THEATRE CENTER, including Waitress, Frozen, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, Ken Ludwig’s Lend Me A Soprano, Fiddler on the Roof, Kinky Boots, The Most Wonderful Time of the Year, A.D. 16, Cabaret, Matilda, Once, On the Town, In the Heights, My Fair Lady, Sweeney Todd, Evita, Carmen: An Afro-Cuban Jazz Musical, Carousel, Godspell, How to Succeed In Business Without Really Trying and has also music directed at many of the other local theaters including Ford’s Theatre: Ragtime, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee; Studio Theatre 2nd Stage: Bloody, Bloody Andrew Jackson, Jerry Springer: The Opera, Passing Strange; Studio Theatre: Adding Machine: A Musical; Round House Theatre: Next to Normal, Once on This Island, A Murder A Mystery A Marriage, The Summer of ‘42, and The World Goes ‘Round; Toby’s Dinner Theatre: Les Misérables, The Color Purple, Titanic, Beauty and the Beast; Imagination Stage; The Kennedy Center Theatre for Young Audiences; Arena Stage; Burn Brae Dinner Theatre; Montgomery College; American University; Musical Theatre Center; Signature Theatre; and Columbia Center for the Theatrical Arts. As a composer, Mr. Youstra’s music has been heard throughout the area, including The Dancing Princesses at Imagination Stage, Big Nate: The Musical (with Jason Loewith), the Helen Hayes Awards, the Summer Hummer, and the opening gala of the ATLAS center.

Riw Rakkulchon (pronounced Ree-you) (Scenic Designer) is a Set & Costume Designer, Animator, and Chef from Bangkok, Thailand. He/They has worked at Yale Repertory Theatre, Berkeley Rep, Hartford Stage, Syracuse Stage, The Old Globe, Asolo Rep, Cleveland Playhouse, Alley Theatre, Theatre Squared, Maltz Jupiter Theatre, KCRep, The Acting Company, 59E59, Edinburgh Fringe, Primary Stages, The Public Theatre, Audible Theatre, Brooklyn Academy of Music, amongst others. Fior Tat (Assistant Stage Manager) makes their OLNEY THEATRE CENTER debut with Hello Dolly! Fior is a first-generation Chinese-American stage manager based in Washington, DC. They have worked as a Production Assistant on We Are Gathered (Arena Stage), an Assistant Stage Manager on The Hatmaker’s Wife, Moses, and One Jewish Boy (Theater J), King of the Yees (Signature Theatre) and as the Production Stage Manager on Frontiéres Sans Frontiéres (Spooky Action Theater). They most recently worked as an Assistant Stage Manager on MEXODUS at Audible’s Minetta Lane Theatre in NYC. Other theaters they’ve worked at include Tantrum Theater in Ohio, TheatreSquared in Arkansas and Richmond Shakespeare Festival in Indiana. Fior obtained their Bachelors of Fine Arts from The Ohio University’s Stage Management program.
