Let us host your next social occasion or fundraiser! We can accommodate groups of 10 - 400 people, making Olney Theatre Center perfect for civic or religious groups, family or class reunions, employee/corporate nights, school outings, and birthday parties. Bus tours welcome!

For groups of 10 - 20

Just order your tickets online, no code needed. A 15% off full-priced tickets will automatically be applied to your order of 10 or more seats to any 24-25 or 25-26 season show. 

For groups of 21+

Ready to organize a group? Follow these easy steps:

1. Pick a date or two.
2. Call the Group Sales office at 301.924.4485 x121 to reserve your seats.
3. Organize your group and finalize two weeks prior to your performance date.
4. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the show to pick up your tickets at the box office.
5. Relax and enjoy the show!

Thinking of having a reception?

Groups receive discounts on our rental facilities, making it easy to add a reception or cocktail hour to your event. Just ask the Group Sales office for special event ideas and facilities!

Group Sales Contract Terms

Groups start at 21 people or more. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold seats. The balance is due no later than two weeks prior to the performance or the seats will be released for public sale. Mention any special services or needs for your group at the time of order. Seat locations are subject to availability.
