    Josh Bierman (Sir Toby; Giles Corey; Ensemble) is thrilled to be a member of the National Players 70th touring company. NEW YORK: An Illegal Spinoff, Macbeth (Duncan), The Writer, and Legal Action. Education: BA in Dramatic Literature from The George Washington University (recipient of the Kevin Peter Hall Memorial Award), Semester course at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, 2017-2018 Barrow Group Apprenticeship Company member.

    Jamie Boller (Olivia; Abigail/Hathorne; Ensemble) is thrilled to be joining Tour 70 with the National Players! Previous regional credits include: Playhouse on the Square: Shakespeare in Love (Viola); King Charles III (Kate Middleton); Circuit Playhouse: Stupid F#!&ing Bird (Mash); New Moon Theatre: Hamlet (Rosencrantz); Eurydice (Director); FEMMEmphis: Collective Rage: A Play in Five Betties (Betty 2); Collegiate Theatre: Richard III (Richard III); The Trojan Women (Hecuba); The Threepenny Opera (Filch/Walt/Nelly); Scapin (Zerbinette); Circle Mirror Transformation (Director); BADA: The Tempest (Ariel). Education: BA in Theatre/English from the University of South Carolina; British American Drama Academy: Midsummer in Oxford.

  • Ben Cole Headshot

    Benjamin DeCamp Cole (Malvolio; Parris; Ensemble) is returning for his second National Players tour having just completed Tour 69 in the roles of Gratiano (Othello), Wilson (The Great Gatsby) and The Chesshire Cat (Alice in Wonderland), as well as serving as a teaching artist, truck driver, and the company's Technical Director and Accommodations Manager.  A graduate of The Hartt School, Benjamin has played Caliban in The Tempest at HARTFORD STAGE, as well as ensemble roles in The Killer and King Lear at New York's Theatre for a New Audience.

    Emily Dalton (Viola; Ann/Cheever/Willard; Ensemble) is incredibly excited to be doing her first tour with National Players. Previous credits include: OFF-BROADWAY: The Last, Beloved [2018 Nominated Best Actress, New Short Play Festival], Case-X, Parallel Universe [2017 Best New Play, New Short Play Festival], The Baker, Checklist, Sincerely The Pride Parade. REGIONAL: Hudson Shakespeare: Macbeth (Witch), Henry VIII (Thomas Lovell); PlayOn! Theatre: Kiss Me Kate (Lilli Vanessi). FILM: Do No Harm, One Last Night, Red Sweat. TV: (Commercial) BioTrue, Nothing Changes If We Don’t, Cut It Out (by L’Oreal). EDUCATION: BFA Theatre Performance from Virginia Commonwealth University; Shakespeare & Company Month-Long Intensive, 2018

    Katie Grindeland (Antonio; Elizabeth Proctor; Ensemble) is thrilled to be stepping into Tour 70 with National Players! Previous credits include Merrimack Repertory Theatre: Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberly (Lydia); New Repertory Theatre: Romeo and Juliet (Mercutio), The Scarlet Letter (Pearl), Good(Hitler/Bok); Wheelock Family Theatre: Stuart Little (Harriet Ames/Ensemble); Hampshire Shakespeare Company: A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Hermia), Fresh Ink Theatre: La Llorona (Rachel); Milky Way Coffee Roasters: Nosferatu, The Vampyr (Harker). EDUCATION: Theatre Education and Acting, Emerson College.

    David Reece Hutchison (Sir Andrew; Putnam/Danforth; Ensemble) Olney Theatre Center debut with the National Players, Tour 70! REGIONAL: Shakespeare on the Sound: Macbeth; People’s Light Theatre: PearlDamour’s Lost in the Meadow; Mauckingbird Theatre Co: The Sisterhood, Joe Calarco’s Shakespeare’s R+J, The Importance of Being Earnest; Arden Theatre: Macbeth. David has developed new plays with Bristol Riverside Theatre and Simpatico Theatre Project. EDUCATION: BFA, University of the Arts, British American Drama Academy in London.

  • Adanna Paul Headshot

    Adanna Paul (Feste; Tituba/Mercy Lewis; Ensemble) is thrilled to tour with National Players, marking her first time working with Olney Theatre Center. Her previous credits include: REGIONAL: Mosaic Theater: The Agitators; Theater Alliance: Word Becomes Action Festival, Hothouse: She Joins the Resistance, Hothouse: Disaster!; PG County Shakespeare in the Parks: A Midsummer Night’s Dream. FILM: Close Call (Short), Renovating Prudence (Short), Naveah (Short). EDUCATION: BFA in Theatre Arts: Acting from Howard University, including performances in Blood at The Root (Raylynn), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Peter Quince), The Children’s Hour (Martha) [DC Metro Theater Arts Best of 2015 #20: University Performances].

  • Hugh Raup Headshot

    Hugh Raup (Sebastian; John Proctor; Ensemble) is thrilled to be making his professional acting debut with OLNEY THEATRE CENTER. Previous credits include: Charm City Fringe’s production of Fatherland. Oval House of London’s production of The Country Wife. Hugh played a number of roles at American University before graduating with a BA in Theatre Performance and a minor in Business of Entertainment in May of 2018. Some of his favorite roles include Pepel in The Lower Depths, Constantine in Big Love and Czolgosz in Assassins.

  • Cedrick Riggs Headshot

    Cedrick L. Riggs Jr. (Orsino; Hale; Ensemble) graduated from Belhaven University in May 2018 with a BFA in Acting. Cedrick has performed onstage in a variety of roles, including Oberon (Midsummer Night's Dream), Steward (Into The Woods), Xu Xian (The White Snake), and Father Flynn (Doubt).

    Deidre Staples (Maria; Mary Warren/Rebecca Nurse; Ensemble) is excited to join National Players and to make her debut with Olney Theatre Center. REGIONAL: Studio Theatre: The Wolves (u/s #8); Pointless Theatre Co.: Rites of Spring (The Child). Howard University: Eclipsed (The Girl); A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Flute). EDUCATION: BFA in Acting from Howard University.
